Bubble on sidewall - covered by IAS InTire insurance?

I just discovered a bubble on my front tire, this is the second time it's happened. Last time the dealership was able to get the tire and rim insurance company to cover it,but i'm not sure if they had to lie to get them to do it or if it's actually covered. It says something about sidewall damage as being excluded on the tire and rim insurance contract, but it's not very clear. Does anyone know for a fact if this is covered by IAS InTire insurance?

I don't know about IAS insurance but I was able to replace a tire when it had a bubble on the side wall. Hell, I replaced tires just because it wasn't black enough. They should cover it because many road hazard protection programs are meant to cover just that, road hazards. Just try it and if it comes down to it, just say you already had one replaced
