yup it was a guy in a mini van, I was entering a gas station and he was pasing in the wrong way, so he was about to crash cuz there was a car comming so hes only choice was to enter the gas station, but for my bad luck i was on hes way, his insurace will pay, really sad!
Yeah, at least his insurance is paying. It could have been a lot worse, he could have gotten out and been foreign and had no insurance and insisted that it was your fault in some mix of English and their native language.

completely agree - its the principle of the thing. its a sad, sad world when people in minivans can just wreck into the side of a bimmer without any warning. insurance or not, its a not-so-very-fun experience.
should be easy enough for a body shop to fix. im sure there is no frame damage, and they should just replace those quarter panels. the rim tho, i would want a new one. with two new tires.
