Seat Belt Replacement?

So the 330 needs new seatbelts. They are not puling back the way the should..the wind will pull it back out.

basically they are not tensioning onto my chest. Same with the passenger side.

Now will the dealer cover this? I mean...seatbelts shouldnt break after 115k. anyone have any similar experiences? advice?
Im not driving the car till this gets fixed. Seeing how if i get into an accident im gonna have a broken something from the extra movement i make from teh seat belt not holding me.

Have you tried to see what it does when you corner hard or stop hard? I think it should still pull back and lock up. I'm having a problem with my driver's side belt too. Seems it won't retract too well anymore and is really pissing me off. Pelican has 2 options- one with and one w/o a "force limiter". Now if I could just figure out what the hell that means
