Wheel Choices
So as maybe some people know i have 5 bent rims(yes even the spare...lol) so its time to get some new ones.
I am looking to spend around $2500 for rubber and wheels. im thinking around 350 per wheel and 200 per rubber.
so..any ideas?
also..i want 17's.
im not really liking tireracks selection..thats why i post.

I wonder if you can get ssr's for that price, they are pretty lightweight and look good IMO. Best of both worlds

My fav wheels are HRE's, but they would set you back more than 3 grand.

and then there's always BBS rims. but without some deep research and pics of your car it'll be hard to give good advice.

ooo, tough color for rims (or at least for my taste - although i do like the color in and of itself on an e46). i'll need a while - i'm swamped right now. tirerack doesn't show much promising. but by no means wait on me, there are tons of people who i am sure have a better developed taste in rims than i do.
nice e46, btw.

gt3's?
With 18 x 10's I think you would want at least a 245, or 255 tire, so you might need some rolling.

I like the one you just posted, i'd go with silver but that's just me. As far as tires go I've been very happy with the Michelin Pilot Sports.

BBS is the company that makes the rims for BMW...........
The gunmetal ones would look smooth on it

Must not have read my response before BBS MAKES BMW RIMS, they are not rice!
Chris, I really like the last ones you posted, especially if they were silver or bronze.
Also the bbs would probably look good, IMO almost all the BBS wheels look decent.

Those 5spoke ones you posted are the new wheels from turner right? They are supposed to be Light and strong too. If they live up to the hype, i want to pick up a set in gunmetal or black
