Dude why are you coming on here and saying shit about our member e39 bimmer, hes trying to start up a business to sell wheels, and trying to help out one of our members, I have asked him for several quotes and he always responds quickly and professionally.

edit: rooz those are sweet sometime the wait might be worth it, I know a couple guys who waited 6-9 months for some ronals for their e30s and they look sweet and were well worth the wait.

1. Once you enter the shipping information on the FedEx website, the system generates tracking number. This happens before the package has been picked up from the sender or dropped off at a FedEx location. If the package never neters their system, there is no cost for the sender.

2. That other dude really should at least use spell check.

I'm not trying to really bad-mouth another business, especially that of one of your members. The BMW community has my respect. You guys are doing the same thing every other tuner is doing, and with some of the best and most beautiful cars. Everyone should have an equal opportunity to do business, but his manner of speech is feeding fuel to the fire of company bashing. If he were professional about his sale, he'd simply make you an offer and show you what his business is all about, not make posts that portray others in a negative light to impress you.

I apologize if I did post something negative about him, and I will edit the posts so that other users don't get a bad impression of him. I was trying to make the point that he is not different, and what he says is contradictory and doesn't make sense to me, when taking all things into account.

Everyone in the forum is entitled to make their opinion, that's why it's an open discussion forum. People should make up their own minds when choosing a company, right? I honestly think the other company did what was in their power to make sure rooz left with what he wanted, and weren't reluctant to give him a refund. It's a bad experience, still, but I don't think they lied to him in any way.

Once again, I apologize for any disrespect you may have felt.

As far as my wheels go, like I said, I asked and they told me they could possibly get them. They did mention about the back order, but only on certain models. I had to wait to get them, which was clarified and I had no problem doing so.

Now, I don't know much about ruff racing wheels, but IForged, H.R.E, etc. are really pricey. I'm sure you've taken that into consideration. They're light and great looking wheels, but they're not for everyone. I'll post some pictures up later of my GTI (yes, a VW) with them on.

Everything cool? I don't want to get into any sort of argument here with you all.

1. I was under the impression that tracking numbers also give you package location and progress. Rooz did not state a problem with the package never leaving location X. He stated that he was waiting for fedex and they never got there on a specific day. Whether he received the wrong wheels or not is not an issue.

2. Thank god someone else agrees.

Upon further review of the OP, I am guessing the seller pulled the FedEx shipment back in once they realized Rooz wanted nothing to do with wheels that wouldn't fit his car.

not to stir the pot, but you are saying he is unprofessional for bashing another business, however you said you own a business and you are bashing him... ring any bells?

Me bashing him would involve a lot more than what I wrote. I was pointing out inconsistencies in what he says, mainly. There is a lot of information that does not add up to what he says, to me at least. If you want to give your money away to a company that has no established reputation, that's your prerogative.

Even though a company might not have an address on their site, I would still feel a lot more comfortable based on something that shows they are established. In my case, I saw vq's ebay account and felt that it was established enough based on the amount of sales they make per month and how long they've been open. I'm not going to give my money to any regular john that decides they can sell wheels overnight (or gives off that appearance). How do I know I'm not being scammed if there's nothing for me to verify what a company says? Would your mind be at ease with giving money to a company that has no credibility?

The whole point of me pointing it out in the first place is that the other company involved portrayed their competition in a negative light to get someone's business, rather than build a reputation based on honesty, trust, and so on. I am not the competition, but either way I deleted my post to make sure that my comments don't hurt his business. Remember that it is also his sole responsibility to make sure his customers feel secure about their purchase, not mine.

I run my own in-house computer repair system, and the business I have has not been because of me bashing other companies (big or small) and pointing out the type of service they might provide, but rather from taking advantage of the opportunity that their service provides ME. My job is to inform my clients and work with them, and I can't complain about the extra income that generates.

We can sit here and argue ethical business practice all year long, but we all think differently. I voiced my opinion, and hope that some of you changed your perspective on vq, which is the whole reason I started to post anyway.

I haven't had my laptop, but I will post the picture as soon as I get it, rooz. I love all cars, but VW has had my love since I was a kid

Hi,
Sorry to get here late. I was looking through Google and found this post about VQmotoring.. Rooz, once again, I do apologize for the inconvenience like I did before. We did ship out the wheels using FedEx. I no longer use FedEx by the way. Had many problems with delayed shipments and none of our customers claims were resolved, therefore we always had to out of pocket the wheels to replace any shipping damaged occurred.
I can assure you if something is not in stock, we will not sell it. We are currently taking preorders and have a well built list for all 5x120 bolt patters in high offsets, like the ones required for most of your vehicles.
Rooz, I always did give you the option to swap wheels, also gave you the option to receive a refund as soon as we corrected the issue. In the end, we both exchanged positive feedback. I would normally assume to think that would mean that we came to an amicable conclusion. We do carry almost every wheel manufacture out on the market. We are the number 1 Ruff Racing Resellers in the U.S. and almost the U.K and South America. I am very knowledgeable about this product and basically dream about it.
I invite you all to check out our growing website. Soon next month you will see more of our company as we are taking bigger projects and expanding to the entertainment side of this passionate industry.

Please check us out at VQmotoring.com / myspace.com/vqmotoring and our ebay store. We are fully exposed and have nothing to hide.

Every situation has a solution, if this situation involves VQmotoring, we will solve it even if we loose. In the end, we gain you as a customer!!

Thanks,
Rickie Cruz

I think it is good that Rickie took the time to address the issue in a civilized way. We have seen things get really barbbaric with other outlets before.

Now that everyone has had a chance to voice their point of view, wouldn't it be good to lock the thread?
