Understeer has a kit for about $600. They show a refurbished manifold for about $275. Maybe one on Ebay?

Contact local junk yards... an m50 manifold off another car is the exact same, only a bit less shiney. I can get one locally here for about $90-$100.

What about a US M3 manifold (s50)? Would that work? Expensive?

Do you need anything else besides the manifold to do the swap? All the hoses and parts and wires hook up? There are about 4 on Ebay right now.

i bought mine from autobahn parts for $150.

you do not need a kit to install the manifold but it makes it much easier and makes your engine compartment look stock. a shark injector will give you good gains with the manifold especially up top. if you think that you might get m3 cams hold off on the software until you get the cams.

i would assume one would need either a flahed ecu, (maybe the shark injector or maybe there is a version for the m50 manifold) to keep the stock engine computer happy or reprogramed ...looking at the size of the m50 manifold it seems like there is a lot more air comming in... turbodefrost i dont understand what you are saying! lol ill sell it to ya... for too much money though lol later guys
