E36General discussion and technical help for (E36) 1992-1999 3 series cars. 318, 323, 325, 328.
ok so i have the TMS sway bar kit and its great.....until the other day. i'm at work and look at my car and think to myself "hmm i could never see my sway bar that easily before and it certainly wasnt down that low" i look underneath and the two spots where the bar mounts to the subrame are completely blown out. gone. ripped out. i have a bmw specialist who is gonna fix it for me but he said if i can buy a reinforcement kit it will save me a lot on the repair... but im having trouble finding one for the front.... can anyone help?

When I went to the shop who installs stuff I don't for my car him and I got to talking about swaybars and he said that before we'd talk any further he'd try to find me one of those kits and that they would actually WELD the swaybars on.
If you want, you can call him and ask him.... The place is called Touring Car Inc. And the guy I talked to is the owner, his name is Dan.
Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.

I think they do make them for the e36. This is a documented problem. Try pelicanparts and you could search on bimmer forums. I have read this before, give some time to think. I know that beastpower.com makes them for the e39 M5.
TMS didnt tell u about the problem prior to purchasing?
When i was looking into kits first thing they told me was to get the reinforcement kit.
good luck anyways
