^^^^I think I got it guys. I'll do some prelim. testing before I put it in the car. Geez. Do you all really think that I would do a DIY thing without thinking it through? It took me 3 months to get enough balls to do my brakes by myself!

why not just buy a box of those heating pads that you can put in your boots when you going skiing, hiking, or other cold out door activities. whenever it is cold out just bust out the pack and stuff some in your pants
well...there are those ski rack things on there..or w/e they are called..you could probably get an a/c unit on them..and stick a generator in the back to power it..
