IT's a German traffic law thing. Same thign with the electronic speed limiters and some other crap I cannot remember at the moment.

i drive past those trailers that tell you how fast your going and mine reads spot on... mind you mines prolly not euromade coz it doesnt have mph on the clock only kph

Bigger tires will show you going slower on your MPH. With my 15 inch wheels I would show 80 when GPS was 75.. Now with the 18s I show 80 in an 80.

Can u remove the electronic speed barrier with some kind of gadget? I've taken my car up to 210km/h (anything more than that was getting scary) on the speedo, so i guess i was probably doing only 200km/h?

you can remove the electronic speed limiting by chipping your bimmer.
