^^^ when you go over a bump and it makes a vibrating noise, is it a dull vibration, or a sharp sounding one?
when i needed new front dampeners, i would go over a bump and it would make a dull vibration. since the strut was dead, it was not doing anything and i was pretty much bouncing up and down on the spring and the strut was just following along. new struts fixed that.
push down on your rear suspension, get the car bouncing up and down pretty good. when you stop, it should rebound once and then come to its resting position. if it doesnt, you need new shocks.
It's a dulll viration, kinda like the one ur sunroof makes on our bmw's when it vibrates, not like Metal Sharp sound, it's like a vibrating...panel would sound if U can imagine that... but definetly not like CLANG metal stuff, just vibrating.....and it's like a multiple at once vibrate sometimes....almost like a squeaking vibrate, thats why i think it's the struts

I have some clunking from my right rear brake pads, they are hp plus and don't have clips to the piston and sometimes rattle a little in there. Its actually something that i'm waiting for a nicer day to go out and see if there is anything I can do to stop it.
when i bought my car the tracking was all over the place, when i would hit bumps the ass end would kick to the right and at highway speed it would damn near shoot me into the other lane... i was worried about the rsm failure but it was just a blown shock thank god

good point.
I replaced my RSM bushing after hearing a clanking over bumps.
Sounded like a loose component basically.
Took me like 15 minutes to replace it, and it was worth every penny. Car felt more stable around the turns afterwards
