You're all gonna hate me . .
. . but I had to do it:  My gf and I have been riding a lot lately, and it's been a PITA to take the bikes apart in order to fit in the back seat & trunk. I know everybody hates them, but I think it looks okay

god damnit. those things are ass-ugly. but at least it has a purpose as along is you dont put it up there for no reason(i believe delmarco did that) then its all good. |

As long as your using it Personaly, I hate them because I always think it's a cop car behind me, and they just skethc me out for some reason.

They are only ugly, if they are not being used. I've seen ski racks on an e39. Doesn't look good, but very good that you are using them. They are there for a purpose and you are doing just that.

Here's another (better) pic . .  Personally, I think it's a great addition, but I knew most of you guys wouldn't like it, ha ha . . seems to be a Northeastern thing to have I guess. And now that I recently sold my minivan, I really needed this. Only problem is the added wind noise at higher speeds. I'd hate to get a fairing 'coz they look kinda goofy, but maybe I'll throw it on just for longer highway trips. Anyhow, now I just gotta remember not to drive into the garage

I like to bike, but I got one of those nifty trunk racks:  Kinda like that one, only not on a Prius.
