Tie rod ends
 

So when I brake, my car like shudders, and I just had my rotors replaced, pretty sure it's tie rod ends? if that makes sense

how much are these to replace. rough estimate, plz tell me not too much

It's not necessarily the tie rod ends. Your control arm bushings (CAB's) could be shot. Also check the lateral runout on the rotors; they may not be matched to your hubs.

If it's the tie rod ends, not much, maybe $150 plus an alignment.

tie rod ends = out tie rods? i dont think that would be your problem b/c if they are bad the symptoms shouldnt only occur under braking
