Help! No spark, No fuel
 

My 95 325is was sitting for almost a year, mostly for bodywork. Tried to start and bat. was dead, tried jumping still didn't start and emergency flashers came on by themselves. Replaced bat. which was dead. Fuel pump was dead. Removed and cleaned in Seafoam, benchtested fine. Replaced. No current at pump when attempting to start.. Checked fusible link in trunk. Ok. Swapped fuel pump relay with horn relay. Horn works with both. Fuel pump fuse ok but no voltage at fuse. Also no spark at plugs. Tried another DME (same #) with my chip in it. No change. Also tested the wiring from the relay socket to the fuel pump, and tested ground wire from fuel pump. ok.g Not sure of proper procedure for testing between the relay/fuse block and DME. Do I need to check sensors??
Thanks for any help. Been driving me nuts.
