Door Panels GWAAAAA

Ok Like I love my car but this is frustrating the heck outta me, my Drivers ENTIRE door panel is like coming away from the door, and my passenger panel (the white one, it's smaller and has the door handle inside of it) is coming off, PLUS the passenger back seat white panel has completely come off, APPARENTLY they like shrink away (the material that is) is there any way to fix these, GLUE wise or something, theirs stuff that looks like black tar where the panels used to be. it makes me interior look like an eclipse, and is this possible to fix for cheap?

pics would help greatly. there are many ways to fix such a problem, so seeing what exactly is wrong would help a lot.

i've had all sorts of problems with my door panels. so i might be able to help.

It appears in my car that the panels had fallen off, or were coming off and the old owner glued them back down with some silicone caulking. It seems to be working just fine.
