Pelican parts arrived in post today. Swapped cbv and the noise is gone  I think the leak was causing the icv to wig out and whine on top of the whistling. I have found some cracks on the vac hose from the throtle body to the vacuum reservoire so will replace that soon. The stealership really didn't have a clue on this one. Thanks for all the input gang.  ps pls rate my car... its been on for a few days and has only got one vote. 202/202. wooden spoon contender? |

nice one for the vote at least i m not bottom of the heap any more. cbv = crankcase breather valve |
