I doubt the flashlight works, and if he has the car - why sell the tools, if not, what about the new owner?

seems like most of the parts are there. I wish my flashlight worked when I bought my car, I think I might mess with it and see if its just the bulb..

The battery needs to be replaced. Could mean the whole light (/O-T)
