Blacked out grille with center surprise!

Well, a couple of weekends ago I blacked out my grille because a piece of chrome was flacking off of it and got the idea to paint the middle green, the color of my car. What do you guys think? It's subtle, but in the sun it looks really good. Sorry about the dark pics, it's really wet outside and I had time to make a thread. I also bought some Silverstar signal bulbs, they also look pretty good in my clears.

so the actual inside of the grill is green? Couldn't really tell from the pics, if so that is awesome!

If you turn off all the lights in the room you're in and look at the pictures the green is a little more visable. I will see if I can snap some better pictures tomorrow

hmmm, at first i dont care for it, but i think it could definately grow on me. i think this would look especially good on hellrot

^^ Actually it was an e36 with a hellrot paint job that gave me the initial idea some time ago.

Here is a better picture in the light. Sorry the front of the car is so dirty, it's been raining around here lately, imagine it raining in the Pacific Northwest.
