For the money, I would definetly recommend it... and yes, you can feel the diff
There is this one turn close by my house I usually take (when there isn't anyone around) in the 60-70 mph range, well the other night I decided to take it in the 70-80 mph range and the car held on like no other
Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.
Alright. I installed mine and felt a little change while driving. I am guessing most will feel the biggest change if they are running off of stock suspension. It is also recommended to protect the oil pan as well, which I would consider a must for lowered rides.
The nutserts were easy to install, just as long as you understand how they work. The only problem I ran into was drilling the holes. Other than that, it was an easy install overall.

If anything, it made the right better in turns, there is just less "play" with the suspension in turns... nothing bad

Strut bar goes up top and it's only one bar, this is 3 bars and on the bottom, never had a strut bar, so can't tell you how those do, but I just know that this makes a diff, and I don't hear "too" many people saying how big a diff there strut bar made

For my fiver, I noticed a huge difference when I installed the M5 front and rear anti-sway bars. It made a huge difference in decreasing my body roll, especially in the corners and on the track. Mind you, I have the Dinan front strut bar which helps a little, keep the rigidity in the front end.
I am running the stock sport suspension. My 2 cents about strut and sway bars.
