Turner Motorsport chips are made by Conforti. Go to www.unofficialbmw.com, click on the E36 icon, scroll down to "performance". There is a write-up on the JC and Dinan chip. They put each chip in a car and ran some laps at Watkins Glen. I haven't read it in a while, but the gist was, the JC chip was better all-around, while the Dinan chip worked it's magic at higher rpms. There are others, but these two seem to be the most purchased.

+1
I almost purchased a Dinan chip, but after I read this article I have decided to go with Turner Motorsport

not sure, do you have other mods also? I mean a chip that is programmed for a few mods, say cams, intake, exhaust or something would work better than a regular chip for a 325 I would imagine...
with the AC schnitzer chip I have cold air intake m3 headers and m3 exhaust however Im gonna probably upgrade the header and exhaust cause i want something that gives moderate gains and has a nice tone
