I just got a 40 series flowmaster put on my car last weekend. I got a double in single out y-pipe into a single in and single out muffler. It's really throaty and noticable in the low RPM's and nice and quiet on the Freeway turning some good R's.

Not really. I have had them on a Camaro, Suburban and my family has had them on multiple vehicles and none of them have rusted. I grew up around small block chevy motors so my answer to any exhaust is a Flowmaster. I'm sure in certain enviroments they do, but not in the Northwest.

I have flowmaster 40 on my 95 325 vert. It has 3" pipe from the y and sounds great. It almost sounds like my old Vette.
