^^^ yes, the dinan is carbon fiber. carbon fiber is also HIGHLY heat resistent, so while you get the cold air from the front bumper, it will stay cold as it travels into your engine.

Intakes are not rocket science. The Dinan looks better than the Cosmos (which I own) and you are paying for the brand name. I'd get one but why waste that much money on an intake. I doubt there is any measureable performance difference.

About the m3 exhaust, it's better flowing/sounding - however it is even heavier than the stock 3er exhaust. For an even better sound/appearance plus weight reduction - and aftermarket system is what you are looking for.

^^very good points.. some like to get the name with a product... and as for the exhuast, some prefer it cheaper (which is what the stock m3 exhuast is compared to aftermarket) granted it weights more... it does free a little better and does have a faint sound difference
