Please Please HELP!!!!!!

Can anybody help me, my Automatic Climate Control is faulty. When i remove the big plug the fan started to blow, and when in put the plug just half way into the plug slot, all the lights the digital display and the fan is working. But if i lock the plug in it's place, every thing is of and dead. Please help. Thanks in advance Leon
