A fly wheel is something that I thought about, but you also have to consider putting in a new clutch. When you add those up you are looking at 800.00 or more.
What do you think about a new LSD from diffs on line?

The Diffs are expensive, if you choose a good ratio though it will make a big difference in the car, I would think that just going LSD is not going to be a huge improvement in the car and for just as much money you can do some other GO factors to an e36.

Honestly, I'm leaning towards show right now, not because I like it better but because I would like to purchase the parts and do it all at one time.
The performance enhancements I can do on my own time when I get some money together, but the body work will have to be done professionally...hence why I'm thinking show before go.
However I'm seriously considering all of your opinions as well...so you guys could easily change my mind.
