Question This happen to anyone else?

Does anyone elses clutch squeek or or creak occasionally? when I depress the clutch it sounds like an old door opening or something...is there any thing particularly wrong or is it yet another one of those E36 things i have to learn ot live with

It's a common thing. The bushings on the clutch pedal arm. UUC Motorwerks sells delrin bushings to eliminate the squeaking, if it really bothers you

You might try a little dab of lithium grease. It comes in a spray can with a nozzle. It also has many other uses, door hinges, hood hinges etc.

You could always go to the "stealership" and fork out the $1.66 ea for part #4 (fact # 352.111.582.90)

I got the UUC deals, and they fit really good.. No squeak, no movement from side to side, and makes pressing the clutch a little easier as well.
