The Remus cat-back requires welding? I didn't know that. Glad I didn't purchase one.

I have the Remus and love it. It is quiet on idle and below 3000 rpm, but when I accelerate, it growls. I personally wouldn't be able to handle my exhaust if I could hear it all the time.

As far as I know the ACS tips onyl come in DTM.

I'm refering to the ugly straight tips on the TSE. The DTM tips on the TSE look clean. The straight tips on the System U and RSC86 look clean. Not the TSE straight tips.

Remus requires welding? Hmm thats different from my ACS. In any case it's probably a $10 welding job.

Honestly the mature and smart thign to do in my opinion is not to go for the loudest exhaust you can find (the TSE is the loudest), but to go with a quieter and mroe elegant exhaust.

I think we need a sound clip here.... care to share people? Record a sound clip on ur camera or something. Just, one persons prefereneces are vastly different that someone else's.

Remus's website has a clip of a 320i and UCC has a bunch I think, but on an E46 M3, I think.

dude I love my UUC TSE. The only time it drones a little is as Balance said, when you are below about 2.5-3k and going up a hill or something. But aside from that it is absolute sex. Install is very easy, and the construction is great. And I dont know what M Power is saying cause the tips look great, they look just like the RSC36, they are staggered and angled, a really slick look, especially if you have an M diffuser.
