Another Angel Eye question...

Okay so this is reguaring my old pair of Depo/Angel Eyes. I installed them in my sisters car and on both of the lights, the ring on the HIGH BEAM only lights up on the top half of the "Angel Eye". There are 4 points of light and only the top 2 and lighting up. Anyone seen this problem or know what the deal is? I haven't messed with the connection at all yet, but I wanted to get some input first. They haven't been on for about 2 months and used to work fine...

I actually had the problem of one ring only lighting up part way when I first got my DDEs and I called Umnitza about it. They said it was probably a problem with the leds (inside of the glass/fiber optic ring). They sent me a new ring, I replaced it, and it worked great.

You could just be having one of the rings dieing out on you...

it's not a umnitza part :P and it's on BOTH HIGH BEAMS in both lights that it happens on which is weird...

Then maybe it's a voltage thing... like they're not getting enough power. Hum...

yeah werid.. all other lighting functions work fine.. I guess I'll mess with the adapter later...

have you turned the eyes on while the car is running? if you have them on while the car is turned off, they dont light up as much... atleast thats how it is on my car
