just picked up the cosmos racing V2 intake anyone got this on their car yet? im sure installation is pretty much self explanatory but just in case i lapse into one of my "dumbass" moments, does it come with installation instrucitons

also, does anyone recommend picking up a bypass valve to avoid sucking up the water and getting that stuff into the engine

rooz, V2 is version 2..

bypass valve? honestly i think thats overkill, i dont see why you would get water in there while everyoen else who has CAI doesnt have them, besides, in our cars there is a little bit of protection for that(like a panel that goes under the fogs)

so yea a bypass valve is just somethign to waste money on

Yeah, installation is very simple. Takes about 5-15 minutes (if you're taking your time, haha).

Speaking of which, I found out yesterday my horn is quite embarrassingly dead. It makes a mid-volume "NARRGGGEHHHHH" sound when I try and blow it. My bad-ass-m3 image diminished pretty quickly after that incident.
