Yeah, I assumed as much, but I was still curious, since I didn't know for sure...

Come springtime, once it's warm enough to move again, I'll find the proper badges...

Yeah dude, sorry, no such luck on getting an M.

BMW did produce 318's with a Motorsport package as people mentioned that included the M body kit, as well as different wheels I think.

BUT, they put the ///M on the left side of the deck lid, not the right.

Get a hair dryer, 3m adhesive remover, and some dental floss and get that sucker off of there.

Hei,

What's the difference when putting M3 bumper, M3 side mirrors on non M cars?

k318iS,
Nice ride. The car looks good with the badge.

Nah, it looks better with the EXACT series.

Looks good.

Any chance for some interior pics? Is it a 5 speed manual?

It has the sports seats, so that is a good sign too.

Clea the stitching on the Steering wheel. A true M car has tri-colour stitching and the gearknob also has the M and stripes across it. It doesn't look like a homologation special as it has arm-rests.

It does appear to be a genuine 318is. Just a shame they never made tthat model anywhere near as good as the E30 for performance.

Enjoy it.

k318iS,
I have your car! If you notice, someone has replaced your front bumper with a weird one. In general, all 1993 318is have the same front bumper I have (in the sig). Anyway, I also have the "M-sport package", but only half of it. I have the M-technic shocks but M bumpers, thank God. I have no M badge or M anything on my car.

As for the cloth seats, it's actually kinda good up here...leather is just too cold in the winter lol...

And my wheel has no colour stiching, and the knob just has the gear layout, no ///M...

And as for the bumper, mullethunter3, I don't know if it's the stock bumper or not, but I kinda like it... Maybe there is a different bumper style up here in Canada??

Oh, and as a side note, love your ava, mullethunter3... Rejected is hilarious! lol "My spoon is too big!!" "I'm feeling FAT and Sassy!" and the best ever..."For the love of god and all that is holy, MY ANUS IS BLEEDING!!"

k318iS, it looks like you have the 94+ bumpers with the front grill section removed.

Your car should have came stock with the other 93 bumper. It was used in 92/93, and the new bumper replaced it in 94 with slightly different slats.

Thanks for the pics.

Just a random thought....

Why does your rear-end look big in those pics. I don't know if that wing is stock or aftermarket?

I mean, I know an e60 has a fat end, but yours is close to it too.

Maybe it's just me....but I just wanted other thoughts about it.
