black dust in the tailpipe

i was checking my tailpipe and i saw a sooth type dust in the holes could it be the engine is running to rich or my oxygen sensor needs changing even though i have no rough idling but the car feel a bit sluggish though

nope, just carbon deposits, unless you have a TON, then you should be fine, all cars will have a little bit of dust in there, because you are burning fuel
