Seriously tho, what made you decide on Royal Purple? I didn't know which to get, I went with Red Line D4 for the hell of it.

I would be interested in a comparison. I just had my clutch changed out and I don't know if he did the fluids. I'll shoot my mechanic an email and ask him. If he didn't I think it should be on the list.

Question . . Have you read somewhere or know that the car doesn't have to be level? I've always assumed that it should be, so I jack up both front and back. Probably not so critical to draining, but I'm always afraid I won't get the proper amount of fluid back in there. And yea, that's pretty brave of you, I'm gonna be a wuss and wait for warmer weather

Shit, hmm i really dont know..

ima have to look into this

The orange thing is a pump i got for like 10 bucks ar autozone, completely impossible without it, unless you enjoy having to start a syphon and probably injesting some transmission fluid.

My guess would be that the tilt would cause improper fill level.

Have you noticed any difference in the way the car shifts since the fluid change?

Yeah it seemed alot more smooth in ever gear, 2nd was still a little crunchy though

im hoping once it works itself in it will get even better, also i dunno.. not having it topped all the way off before may have messed with it.

thats all fixed now though.. LOL
