front brakes

it is that time where i have to get new front brakes.. not sure if i need new rotors or not because i need to have those measured.

where should i get new pads and rotors?
i found some discounted places...

cheapness.... but at least oem quality... i think oem is the way to go

i dont drive much more since i moved to my apt across from my campus
