yea or nay

thinking about trading in my e36 328i (almost exactly like Komodo's) for a 2003 Nissan 350zx touring, with just under 25k miles.

Thin has navigation and is really sweet.

Hum, I'm not much for it. You see 350z's everywhere... I'm kinda tired of them. I personally like the e36 styling much more, but there again, I'm biased.

I think they are a good looking car, but I have been told by numerous people that they are hard to drive, dont seem as sporty as they should be, and because of which not that much fun. Jeremy Clarckson (host of top gear), didnt like it at all.

But with that said, honestly the only way to know if you will like it, is to test drive it. so go down to where ever you are looking at it, and get a hold of the keys for at least an hour. test it in all different scenarios, highway, city, back country roads.

Go for it. The car looks very nice. In terms of styling, we can't compare the E36 and the Z since the Z is much more modern looking than the E36 IMO...Maybe our E36 can be compare with the old Fairlady Z...

Jeremey clarkson is just one man review...I don't believe what ever he said...He hates everything that is made in Asia. Only British car are the best in the world for him..

no. he praises the new audi rs4, most bmw's including the new M5. kissed ass to ford for the longest time to get a gt40. loves the NSX, the volkswagen golf r32. he like the s2000 over the z4 or boxter

hes pretty fair. sorry. but the z does suck.

so i am kinda shocked. you guys would forgo the guilty pleasures of a stock 300 hp engine (well in the 03 it was 287, but close enough) because of your devotion to e36s...

You guys amaze me, your loyalty unparalleled. That fact and the fact I probably cant afford the pricetag at this juncture (just bought a $300k house in June) I think I will pass... Amazing response.

I think i would check out the 350Z, i have never driven one and dont know of anyone 1st hand who has so i can't comment on the handling, but i really like the way they look.

I fully agree with Spieluhr. Driven it and it is stiff and can easily loose control if not in the right hands....Anyway....if the bug has bitten then go for it.
