changing bulbs in zkw's

i need to change a bulb in my zkw's. i took a look at it and could not figure it out. i pulled the peice off the back of the assembly but did not really have enough room to get a good look at it because of my intake and did not want to start twisting things and breaking them. do i need to take my conforti cai off to do this easier? help please, i feel like an idiot for not being able to do this and the bentley manual does not help with euro spec headlights
