E36General discussion and technical help for (E36) 1992-1999 3 series cars. 318, 323, 325, 328.
I just hardwired my radar and now I have my cigarette plug back, I looked in my case of "old gears" and found a cigarette plug, it's fairly loose, so am not sure if it's actually from my BMW or my stang, or my altima, or my sebring, lol...
Anyone got a close up pick of there cigarette plug from an E36 they can post here?
Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.

Mine used to look like that one too, but now I always have my V1 plugged in, so I think it lost it somewhere. It's in my basement in the back some shelf or something.
I would just pick it up from the dealership. I wouldn't expect it to be much more than $10.
I'll just deal with it for now, lol, having a wondering cigarrete plug is much better than seing any cables from my radar detector, lol it's all stealth now me happy...
I guess this is one of the ups to having my car down, gives me time to take care of stuff like this, lol
