Angry Polyurethane M3 Front Bumper

So I ordered my M3 bumper from EuroGarageR / Performance Styling Imports on October 23rd. I still haven't gotten it in. I've been given every excuse in the book, told it was shipping from their warehouse to me, told it was dropped shipped straight from the vendor to be, told it was on they way but they didn't have a tracking number, told they had a problem dealing with their sister company who rejected the purchase order, and the list goes on. Now I'm told it hasn't been shipped yet, but it will be.

It's been nearly a month and a half, and I still don't have my bumper. I've been them on average about 2-3 times a day to see what the deal is. Also I was told there are other customers waiting on products from their company who have been waiting LONGER THAN ME.

I said on Monday if I don't have a tracking number, I want a refund. They said sure, but then I was told it might take a while to process the refund, so they didn't know how many days it'd take for me to get my money back (but of course they'd hurry).

This is ridiculous.

But when I called a long time ago to order it, Mike told me he had one left in his warehouse in stock, and he'd ship it out the next day.

If I knew it was backordered, I wouldn't have bought it.

But yeah man, if you want I can make a phone call for you too....

yea goto someplace else, these people are not being straight with you or telling you what the problem is, therefor they are not worth having a relationship, if they were good they would have called you right away and told you of any problems, this would build a good relationship and probably get them a repeat customer.

Harry I'ld let Rooz try to negotiate, but if he comes up empty or gets the "lip service two step" I'ld be calling my bank or credit card co. and have them stop payment. You did pay by credit/debit card didn't you?
If these guys can't get you the product, don't have the "nads" to inform you of a problem & can't produce - it's time to say "C-YA"

My bumper took like almost 3 months to get here. I ordered it at the end of Stampede (like july 20th) and it didnt get here till the first week of october. Most horrible 3 months of my life.
