They ordered 5 a little while before i ordered mine, but they were only sent one sadly. And for some reason there supplier in CA was out of stock and didnt ship it until last week of september. So i got it first week of october, 3 long painful months after i first oredered it. They were nice enough to offer me two options: 1st, i could upgrade to a full OEM bumper for $500 more, and i could get it like right then, or 2nd i could get a refund on it and then they would call me back when it came in to see if i still wanted it. I chose just to wait.

agreed, if rooz can't do it, cancel your order. That is unnacceptable. besides, aren't they legally required to only bill you once the item is shipped?

it's unfortunate, because emotiongarage offers a good product at a great price.

Not emotiongarage, EuroGarageR. Different companies.

I just called them and told them I want a refund. Of course the accountant is out of the office, so he's going to call me back in an hour or so when she returns. I'm not holding my breath, in the past two months, they've never once called me back when they said they would. I've always had to follow up myself.

Is this true? Does anyone have any solid information about this, because if so, I might persue it.

They can authorize it on the card, but most times places will not complete a transaction until its shipped. At least this has been what i usually run into

They can legally bill your card the minute you authorize it shipped or not.
"K" most banks/credit card co's will give you 90 days to dispute and/or cancel payment(some longer). I'ld just call the bank and explain you're getting the "lip service shuffle" and they're not returning your calls. Some will do it online, some on the phone & some even mail you a letter to fill out and return. Either way you ARE entitled to a refund, whether the bookeeper is in or not. You've been more than patient with them time to give them the boot...

The only problem is I put it on a debit card, being run as credit. Can you do a charge back with that, or does it have to be a normal credit card? I've dealt with chargebacks before, but it's always been with a standard cc.

Yeah, they get in to their office at 10-11am, cali-time.

I'm going to try to contact the owner and see if he knows all these customers are getting screwed like this.
