test pipes
Hello All,
I am new here, does anyone know where to buy a couple of test pipes for a 1992 325i E36 4dr sedan with M50 motor. I have ordered soom headers and a performance exhaust system and would like to get rid of the catalytic converters. Any link to a site that sells they the test pipes would be appreciated. Thank you for your time

I got my test/track pipe from a guy locally (Borla Off-Road X-Pipe). You have to find someone who will install it if you don't do it yourself, because I believe most shops can get fined $5,000 if they remove a cat and install a xpipe. I had to pay cash and didn't get a receipt. However most muffler shops can fabricate one right there... just bend some pipes slightly and weld on the connectors... wouldn't take them more than an hour or two.
And on that note, welcome to UB. Hope you stick around.
