M3 Bumper / Splitters?

It's been 20 days since my card was charged for buying the new M3 front bumper, and it still hasn't come in yet. =/ I'm anxiously waiting.

Anyway, this is a link to the exact one I purchased:
http://eurogarager.com/shop/product_...roducts_id=180

My question is because it has the molded lip on the bottom of it (not detachable), can I install things on it like some Velocity Splitters? Think they'd fit?

I'm pretty sure the velocity splitters would fit, I'd asume that the bumper is pretty close to an exact replica.

3twenty8i, that's a polyurathane bumper, with the diffuser and all moldings. For $100 it's either used or fiberglass. I doubt it's either ABS plastic.

Death, here is velocity splitters:

And these are DTM splitters:

The splitters that I have seen say they are not for Mtech facias. I have seen however added lower complete lips that go over the existing one on the M tech facias. Which would give your front end a lower look. (Watch those driveways!)

What do you mean by M tech facias?

And also, welcome to UB.

No... I said saved you $100... that means $350 shipped for a polyurathane bumper with a molded on lower lip and all the moldings and mesh. Like the one I got... but it's done... good luck.

they will fit, but require some modification.

my poor poor v2 splitters... they take so much abuse. the other day mine ripped apart and i had to fiberglass it back together. they look like ass when they are black and crack. you can hardly tell mine is cracked with the paint covering it.

I have that bumper and the velocity splitters (they came in the mial today) I have to sand them, prime them and paint them, once I do that expect pics...

But, Harry, call them and ask for Mke and tell him of your concern he'll get it taken care of

But you're adding Velocity splitters to your setup? Why do I need to call then?
