Can I be the guy that says "Don't do 45 over, especially in the rain. You are getting off LIGHT"?

I'll allow you to be the guy

I admit toi my poor judgement, and I knew it probably wasn't the smartest thing in the world to do before I did it....

I was stuck behind the van w/wipers on full blast (not because it was raining very hard-- from the water trown off the vans rear tires) for appx 15 miles on a 2-lane highway...

with 80 miles left ahead of me, on a highway with very little traffic, I thought it was worth the risk....

Wow, six points in one violation. That's pretty impressive. Good luck on getting it reduced. Here in Cali, if you are going 25 over then it is automatic reckless driving and your car gets impounded/you get thrown in jail.

yeah, I expected much worse..... too fast for conditions, follow-up tickets for my past written warnings...... or even some negative attitude from the deputy.... but nothin.... he actually shook my hand when he left, heh... he also listed my act. speed at 90 instead of 99.

although it seems they have 0 tolerance for a missing front license plate... since I was pulled over twice today and once on thursday

... i guess I'll put on my front plate

u know whats funny...in California all the illegal immigrants( mexican..or spanish)(not being racist or anything...just bringing up a good point) drive without their license and get tickets all the fucking time and they never really get in trouble..they just pay off their tickets and thats that. WTF? Of oucrse many of them never had any sort of drivers training and they just sit into a car and drive..yet people go to jail for going over 100 mph.

Operating after suspension is $212 here for a first offense.... at least it was in Rock Co. ... not sure if it varies much throughout the state... but it also costs $50 to get your liscense reinstated. Nonetheless, I'll be going about things differently this time around.

I had that, $50 to get ur licence back? its gay. But after a suspension or near miss acedint u know, u tend to drive safer and slower. U change urself as a driver.

also find it strange that my license was suspended 90 days for a non-traffic related occurance (ie. underage drinking) and will only be suspended 30 for a speeding ticket
