what is this

i went to replace my 2nd fog light, taking off the underpanel below myfront bumper, then i found this hanging..

I think it's the outside temp sensor for your on board computer, that was hanging down on mine....the temp reads -36 C when it's 20C

yeah, I THINK it's the temp sensor, just plug it back into the brake ducts
