True, but technically, the shop is supposed to lift up your car and look under it.
The county I'm living in now though, Athens-Clark County, in GA, doesn't require emissions testing. There's more ricers and illegal cars around here than you could imagine.

Yeah, I found that out the other day. I punched an emissions testing facility into my GPS and it said there wasn't one for like 60 miles around. I stopped in a gas station and asked if there was one around, and he said our county doesn't require emissions testing. He said he's lived here for almost 10 years, and his jacked up pick-up truck would fail emissions horribly anywhere else. Never had a problem in Athens-Clark County with it.
