M3 cams install cost
hey guys. I have decided that my car is seriously slow and needs that M3 power. I have a line on some 3.2l M3 cams and was wondering how long the install took, and about how much it cost.

I heard it's actually not too bad to install them yourself, that's what I would probably do and get my neighbor to do the cam timing. Like at your high school do you have an auto class or something that you are enrolled in?
Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.

what are you talking about...they have to do quality jobs or they lose the right to service them lol. and btw JR and i will help you with your cams up at spokane :P
it cost me about $450 CDN to have my cams installed. this is not a job i would do unless you really know what you are doing. they require expensive tools to install properly. i would not want to risk breaking my cams or messing something else up. do you have cam software to run them properly?
^^^^
thats how i did it. i bought the cams and manifold seperately and then from eurosport i got the software, manifold conversion kit, and fan delete kit. to handle the extra power you might want to upgrade your clutch, i got a sachs performance clutch because i could still use the stock flywheel, and maybe a lsd to keep solid traction.
with all the money you are going to be spending here you might want to look into getting a turbo. on bf.c there is getting to be quite the following for the new tsi turbo kit. i am waiting to see the test results and might consider getting one. it actually looks like it might be good.

^^^I agree, but I dont wanna spend 2k. but then again this whole mod would probably cost close to the same. I think I will do the tranny swap when I get about another 700 bucks
