CF hood for E36
 

Whats your opinion on a CF hood? cuase i know on Deloriants car it looks really good. The reason im asking is i have the opportunity to purchase a CF E36 hood for $850 CDN. IM actualey pretty seriously considering it, only thing is if i do buy it i might not have any money for anything else for a while. But would it look good on my car? with the Canyonrot Mettalic? Bobby from Tunerworks was saying it would. Ive seen the hood in peson and it seems pretty nice and high quality. It seems like a good deal to cause ive seen em go for $650 US plus shipping, and im pretty sure shiping would be a bitch on something of that size. So give me ur input and tell me what u think.

well to each his own, personally i dont think a CF hood looks nice on any color other than black, and MAYBE white, and if you want a CF hood, in my opinion paint it and use it for the performance

so overall i think you could do something more worthwhile with 850 bucks, i know in the USA you could get a nice exhaust for that much, dont know about canada and the prices over there

850 for a hood that will do absolutely nothing for performance? Thats weak man, 850 will get you some 17 inch rims and tires, and they are a huge upgrade over 15's, let me tell you.

IMO; you should get an exhaust. But thats just me speaking.

i woul not get the hood. there are a lot of better things you could do with that money. with 850 you could get some nice zkw's or other projectors, a good proportion towards new wheels, sharki injector w. m50 intake manifold, exhaust, intake ect. if your car is not that done up on the outside a cf hood might look a little out of place.

I agree with most of the people here, the price is too steep for it, when you are more interested in other things.
