Base models didnt always have power windows, thats probably a diesel or a 318.

Not all e46's have power seats, ive been in a US e46 that had manual seats.

I got manual seats...i think i prefer them to every power seat I've ever sat in...(from my dad's E39 to my girlfriend's dad's s55 AMG)
I don't even like heated seats...the make me either too drowsey or carsick!
