Unhappy New exhaust decision

Ok, here is what's going on.

There was some confusion on the cams, so I have the choice of getting an AA Exhaust with track pipes and O2 simulator for ~1k

OR

Still go with the Eisenmann exhaust for ~$940

What do ya think?

Does that sound like a good deal?

AA Gen3 Exhaust
Stainless steal track pipes
02 simulators

all for a little over ~1k

The cheapest I found somewhere else at GB price was $1268....

How did the track pipes make the sound of the of the exhaust change, I mean, I know it will be louder, but I also hear it makes it rumble more at idle.... any feedback on this would be apreciated

Amen. You could probably start a long thread with just about them exculusively. Parts breaking and shit, not reliable, I have heard pain in the ass stories about AA turning their backs on customers after products broke. Look around in the vender feedback section. I would just be worried about replacements if things from them break. Most companies if your paying upwards of $600 have decent warrenties and decent products concerning reliablility.
Have you guys heard about this stuff from AA??

For those of you who have gotten an aftermarket exhaust installed, how much did ya pay.

Specially you komodo since you got track pipes installed too...

How much did I pay? I think it was like 7-something shipped.

My track pipe I bought off a guy who works at the local stealership for $100 cash.... however I went home that night and checked online and found that exact same one (Borla Off-Road X-Pipe) went for between $400 and up to $700.

As for sound, it's a bit louder, as expected. No downsides except a slight smell when standing outside the car when it's on, but you get used to that in a day or two (no smell inside).

I'd go with the Eisenmann exhaust. That quad exhaust is rather nice. Too bad you can't get it with DTM on both sides.
