I am working on something and need to get a few wires from pretty much bottom of steering column (close by the pedals) through the firewall, any tips on how to get the wires through the firewall?

Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.
you could try removing the carpeting and any parts of the dash i guess. or just find out were the other wires run through the firewall and there will be a little hole there.
I'm almost positive that a bunch of harnesses go through the firewall directly into the fusebox. Thus, if you remove the fusebox you should hit gold. Don't kill me if I'm wrong tho . . but it does makes sense.
I had to push the carpet away, then there is a layer of "protecting foam" like material, and there is a hole cut out in it, then a hole in the firewall, and behind the firewall is another layer of that foam...

a little "surprise" I been thinking of doing this for a LOOONG time (back when I had my stang), and finally came around to doing it, and am taking my time bcs I HATE to see loose wires, gonna do it the right way
