Angry Reinstall Window Regulator ?

oK So a Previous THREAD i made about those plastic Crappy Bushings. I have now yet another problem.

the Aluminum Regulator broke at the welds and now i need the whole thing!

Im sure its an Easy fix but...... There are Pop Rivets holding the Damn thing in place . Anyone got a DIY for this ? or know where to get one.

well i put the plastic clips on and i was raising the window but it was still going up at an angle (not right) i checked the window making sure it was ontrack after a couple tries it broke at the welds. i guess the motor put too much pressure on those welds.

im sure they will have it but im stumped on the whole rivet deal, ive never used a rivet tool.

looking for a Diy maybe somethings i gotta buy etc..

Its fairly easy to do.

Take door pannel off
Lower window till you see the 8mm that holds it onto the window reg.
loosen that bolt and pull the window upto closed position
Take off the motor and unplug it
Take off 10mm that hold the regulator on and pull it out

Looks like you can drill out the holes to replace the rivets with nuts & bolts, but I'm not sure about that center pivot. And who knows if it's gonna work right again. If I were you I'd just buy a new one.
