I remember I was doing some stuff in the engine bay and I somehow disturbed it. The car idled like shit until I put it back how it was. If it's only 16$ at the dealer, you definitely should replace it.
I'd recommend paying another $4 and getting it straight from the dealership. First of all, no shipping costs. Secondly, you're assured it's good quality and not some cheap ebay plastic. And third, you get it that way without waiting for the ebay guy to fedex it to your house.
