Power steering.

My steering rack started to whine this afternoon after i was fucking around in a parking lot..

I actually noticed this about a month ago, but i forgot about it because it only happens when i drive crazy and put alot of stress on the steering components, so i forgot about it.

It doesnt do it if the car hasnt been being driven nutz - ONLY happens while and after extremly fast/tight turns.

Im going to bleed the power steering fluid and put in new fluid tomorrow while i am flushing my coolant system too.. so i need to buy fluid locally - autozone/napa

Whats a good fluid to use? And some insight on how to bleed it would be great, the bentley seems to be lacking in this area.

I think my haynes manual says, lemme check. Oh yeah I had a similar problem, and just added some of that power steering fluid stop leak stuff and the sounds went away.
