Rooz' ride going to the shop
 

Well, my car's going to my dad's mechanic on Tuesday first thing in the morning. Nothing's wrong with it (Thank God) it's going there for a complete fuel system tune up. My dad's mechanic is going to clean/replace everything related to my fueling system. I wish my brake lines would come by Monday so he could do those too, but I doubt it, I'll probably have to do those my self.

But any suggestion as to what else to take care of while am getting fuel system cleaned up?

When was the last time you replaced your microfilter? It should be done every year or so.

like two months ago...

What about a coolant system flush or what ever it is called?

Coolant looks good for now, but I been thinking of draining it and adding some Water Wetter when I fill it back up, already have the water wetter waiting... :D

hmm I haven't gotten a microfilter yet, I probably need one. Just do any common maintenance you haven't done recently.

I know, Get some K&N filter cleaner and clean off your intake filter.

if you guys get your inspection 1 and 2s done by bmw shops ant not on your own, they do microfoilters 4 u.. iknow its a pain

it's behind the OBC area and you access it from the passenger side foot well under the glovebox....
should be changed every 10,000 miles.

Yeap, Del was the one who sparked the desire for me to change ym Microfilter....

I need to change mine. I have had my car for a year and a half and haven't changed it yet.
